We have created a photo album of the final two weeks to the completion of our restaurant.
 The days were very stressful and the time was running out - but we made it!! 
There are many, many photos, so if you don't get to look at all of them, please check out the final ones on the launch day at the bottom of this page.

Wednesday 20th February 2002

AThis view is taken from inside showing the entrance. The glass panels in the divider between the reception area and restaurant have been put in place and the windows seem to be covered in more darkness. B.This view is taken from the door way showing the right hand side of the restaurant. I am not sure if much has changed in here. I can see a big blue box has been moved! C.This view is taken from the counter showing the left hand side of the restaurant. Again a bit more stuff seems to have been moved around. D.This was the closest I could get of the ' counter shot'. As you can see a lot of work must be happening here! E.Here we are again with this view being taken out the back. It is going to be the kitchen.  Cookers are coming soon! F.A clearer shot of the front entrance. G.This is an angle you didn't see yesterday - and actually you can't see much today, but this will be the Ladies and Gents. H.Last one inside for today. What work has happened in the last 24 hours? Can you notice it? "Hi, we are on 'day 3' of the photographs. I am trying to take them from similar positions each day - so we can all see how things are progressing! Thursday 21st February 2002

Up in the right hand corner there is a small 'stage' - a seating area about 12" higher than the rest of the floor. C.This is just to show you that the fridges are still in the restaurant - but not for much longer!  D. This shows the counter/bar area, and sunshine coming through the windows. Friday 1st March 2002   There's a lot of work going on today, lots of people around - couldn't take too many photos! Next report after the launch on Sunday!!!!!!
